With the Esports Championship Series (ECS) Season 6 Finals set to start on Thursday, we bring you a viewer's guide with all the information you need regarding the competition.
The tournament will run from November 22-25 at the Esports Stadium in Arlington, Texas, where the top four teams from both the European and the North American online divisions will square off for their share of the $660,000 prize pool.
The group stage will be played in a double-elimination format, with only the opening matches being best-of-one series. The top two teams from both groups will then advance to the best-of-three, single-elimination playoff bracket.
The group seeding was based on the online standings. Reigning ECS champions Astralis have been placed in Group A alongside MOUZ, MIBR and Cloud9 - who will be replacing Renegades due to the Australians' visa issues. As for Group B, it features Liquid, Ninjas in Pyjamas, North and NRG.
